Notice of Annual General Meeting

Registration commences at 2.30pm

ALL WELCOME

Positions for election this year are –

• Vice President (Administration) (2 year term)

• Secretary (2 year term)

• Minimum of two committee position (2 years)

All nomination forms are to be submitted to the club secretary at secretary@nabc-rockets.club by midnight 27 October 2024

Voting – All Ordinary / Financial Members, Life Members and financial Playing Members (over the age of 18 years) are entitled to vote and hold committee positions.

Nomination forms and applications for Financial Membership can be found below. 

Note – if not enough members are present at this time to form a quorum the meeting will be adjourned for seven days.
